We do not support return or exchange of any merchandise bought from our website. However, we offer alteration or exchange on personalized / customized of ordered items only if:

• There is an issue with the fitting
• The dress does not match the given measurement
• Delivered the wrong size / product

Please take care of the following while placing an order for exchange for personalized / customized items:

• Customized items purchased from us are eligible for an exchange only if it is initiated within 7 days
• We apologize for any inconvenience but at this time we do not offer an exchange pick up service. You will need to ship the product(s) you would like to exchange to our warehouse.
